According to a recently released article, it has been proven that dogs can improve cardiovascular health in their humans. What we always thought true has now been scientifically proven!!
3.4 million people over the course of 12 years and found that adults who live alone and owned a dog were 33 percent less likely to die during the study than adults who lived alone without dogs. “Dog ownership and the risk of cardiovascular disease and death – a nationwide cohort study,” published on November 17, 2017 in Nature Magazine* provides a detailed review of the study.
